new growth after fimm is v yellow and curled up??

can u help us with this problem,,, i initially thought it may be an iron def after looking through numerous threads, but i have applied a foliar solution rich in iron and other micronutes but to no avail. i was under the impression from previous grws that curled up leaves are a sign of moisture stress so i have gt a fogger coming tom but the yeloowing and thin leaves are something new to me, if u have had this prob before please let me know the remedie its doing my fooking head in want to put into flower but wont untill i sort this prob first

could it molybednum or sulphur? its strange as the rest o plant looks green,,,, i do have superthrive but shes nt due a awatering for another 5 days or so

Looks like a lock out I would start with a flush and watch the new growth afterwards

after wards I would give a light feeding with a nute that has all of the 16 needed requirments such as DynaGro, to get it back on track

its just had a flush 3 days ago my run off was ph 8 so managed to gt it dwn to about 6.8 with a gd flush, so yes u r right i idid have lock out. my older leaves have responded v well to this but the new growth only seems to be deteriorating. have u nt had gd experience wit superthrive...... i have used it before wit no bad effects? thanks for ya time mate im really havin troubles thi stim eround

Superthrive is not a nute it is vitamens and hormones used for early root development and stress like transplanting and cloning, it is very strong and can kill em if used to much.

A light feeding of DynaGro will give your plant everything it needs in the right percetages and it's only $12.99 a bottle, available at most nurseries

im in uk m8 nt sure if they do dynagrw ,, i was aware that its nt a nute but i thought it contained micro an macro nutes such as iron boron copper etc guess i shud read th ebottle bt the writings like 1mm big lol , i use the vitalink range grow formula a nd b they really havent had much nutes . they had frmulex plant start which is mild for cuttings, i overfed then so flushed through, then they had jus water for weeks and with half dose before lockout occured, flushed then so havent had any more nutes as pots still drying out. in my experience though wit nute def the bottom leaves will start to die off first, bt wit this its the new grwth?

No we were telling others not to use superthrive there as well read the post he put a link to baby bio there, it's the baby bio I was showing ya cause he is in the UK

ah maybe im the stoned fck then, lol baby bio is for soil i believe m8 im pot growing in rockwool. the bio bizz range is excellent for organics!

thnx for stopping in woodstock, hope u r ok ? its still looking like an iron def as its only new growth and its from petiole outwards . i think i might flush th eplants again but flush em through with a 1/3 strength nute solution.

From the look of it I would say it's either a zinc or manganese deficiency. Give it a dose of fertilizer with these micronutes in it and see if it doesn't improve. Give it a chance and be patient. It can take a week or so to see results. Good luck my friend.

woodstock there is some unusual red/brown marks on the end of one leaf, kinda like a burn (v small), also on one of the girls lower leafs there looks like black/brown scarring. i have searched through them all wit microscope but cant see anything there. and doc thnx for having agander for me my vita link grow has the follwing npk ratio 5.1 7.8 2.6 and micronutes calcium 2.265% mag 0.75% sulphur 0.525% boron 0.0087% iron 0.068% manganese 0.0145% molybdemum0.0013% zinc 0.0098% cobalt 0.0013% nickel 0.001% i think this brand covers all the requirements does it?
do u think i should give some nute now or wait till medium is dry(rockwool in pots) hand watered , or jus flush through again with nute solution. i had 2 flush bout 4 days ago due to high ph run off so medium is still wet, managed to gt run off dwn to 6.8 but maybe another one will bring it dwn somwe more? thnx for ya time everyone it is much appreciated

If you just flushed it could be pH related but it could also be a true deficiency. Since you just flushed maybe try giving it a mild fert solution and see if that doesn't improve things. That fertilizer you are using sounds complete. I wouldn't wait until the soil dries out either. I would go ahead and give it a little food. If your pH is down to 6.8 that should be good enough to alleviate any lockup you may have. Hope this helps. Keep us posted on what you end up doing and what results you get please.
