Day 33 from seed. Transplanted 10 days ago from solo cups into 1 gallons. Noticing the new growth coming out tacoing up. Almost looks too skinny and lighter green too. I notice the tips of the leaves are getting it the worst but it is also happening at the base of the leaf as well. Ive scoped for bugs and haven't seen anything. Temps lights on 77-81 rh 55-63. I've had slight curling the whole grow but seemed like once the leaves got bigger they grew out of it... But it has since gotten worse not really sure what to do. Currently feeding Canna Coco A and B at 7ml/gallon and Canna Calmag Agent at 4ml/gallon.

If you add "Calmag" to Canna Coco that's the first thing that's wrong. You probably causing pH swing and/or locking out nutrients. You don't need to add anything to Canna Coco in either tap or RO water. Don't listen to the seller at the hydro shop, read on the back of the bottle what you're buying and paying money for.

To much Ca and Mg will cause you problems, small in veg, major in flower.

Yeah don't add calmag to canna coco. All you need in veg is Canna A&B. Flush them good with a weak solution of A&B (half strength) and that should sort any issues out, then after that feed her as usual with just A&B :)

Damn I was just following what Canna says on their website:

"CANNA CALMAG AGENT is a calcium and magnesium mineral nutrient designed to improve water quality for calcium sensitive systems, specifically when using reverse osmosis water with a coco medium. Our CANNA CALMAG AGENT increases water hardness, without disrupting the balance of nutrient ratios within the system, and preserves nutrient quality while in the nutrient reservoir."

"Normal water has an EC level between 0.4 and 0.5. It contains calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate to stabilise the pH. CANNA TERRA and COCO base nutrients are designed to work best with this type of water."

"Soft water has an EC level of below 0.4. With CANNA CALMAG AGENT you can raise your EC level to 0.4."

So drop the calmag and flush with A and B. And just continue with A and B.

I didn't even know canna do calmag and I have been growing for over 10 years. I've never used canna calmag and I always get decent yields and stuff. All I use in veg is canna A&B and a shot of rhizotonic after transplant, then 2 weeks in flowering I start using canna boost accelerator alongside canna A&B. And yeah I would probably drop the calmag and flush with A&B. Half strength of what you are using now. So 3.5ml per gallon. Give them a good flush then carry on as normal with just A&B

Yeah I'm pretty sure Canna's Calmag Agent is fairly new over here in the states. I'll give the flushing with just A and B a go! just watered last night so I'm going to have to wait till tomorrow morning to water again as i don't want to over water them.

I thought the same. It's been 15 years since I've used it though. Wasn't needed then, not needed now if they haven't changed their "Coco" formula. Back then it contained high amount of both Ca and Mg. Can't remember the numbers but it was higher than any "Calmag" product on the market.
