Hello Folks
I'm after a little guidance
I bought a new home and moved in over the summer
I've discovered that the little building in the woods is not a potting shed or garden furniture storage
but a free standing two room grow shed.
Enter the door into an 8ft 3inch wide 7ft 6inch deep 8ft high room sockets in the walls and ceiling.
Door from this room opens into an 8ft 3inch wide x 13ft 6inch deep 8ft high 240 & 120v sockets round walls
and on ceiling, its got a concrete floor with round drainage holes. there is also power and its own breaker box
I need to clean it out and give some TLC and a paint.
It is insulated there is filters between the two rooms and they are offset one at top and the other side down by the floor
Small room has inlet vet above the door and in the ceiling, large room has vent in the ceiling going to a diffuser on the outer wall
through the attic
Now I've also found a 4 x 8 grow tray.
Shed looks like it was once plumbed with water and after a little excavation
I found some broken piping.
I've only ever grown a few plants at a time using general hydroponics hand watering under LEC 315w lights.
so I've been researching how best to take advantage of the shed and I've been spinning my wheels
So with what I have I was thinking of a low platform with a slight slope, grow with Coco drain to waste
in the center of the large room giving me room around the outside.
Using all Canna products or using Advanced Nutrients A & B ph perfect
I've spent ages searching a few things, what I'm lost on is the number of plants and the height to build a trestle and netting and how far
to extend it past the grow tray
To kick off I'm going to grow from seed using Kabul Express they are small to medium plants. 1 -1.3m tall.
They should be here by the end of the month Black Friday Seedman sale.with some freebies.
The smaller room I'll use for clones.
Any guidance would be great I retired on a limited budget so I just want what will work nothing fancy.
The watering system I'll build myself there is a 55gal blue barrel here.
Many thanks
