Getting a house soon soo here is what I'm planning on producing..

For Bloom:

GL120L (3'11 x 7'11 x 6'7) (31 sq ft)
with (2) 1,000w HPS
6" Inline + Carbon Filter + Ducting running through the lights

About 65 watts / sqft...think I can fit about 14 plants in 7gal super soil pots
Maybe 3.5 oz / plant? Put two in a week, harvest two a week.

For Vegging:

GL80 (2'7 x 2'7 x 5'11) (6.9 sq ft)
250w CFL
+ (4) 25w CFL T5 on each corner of the tent

then a cloner with a 25w CFL ontop

That's about it.. after a couple harvests I might get a second tent like a GL80
with a 400w HPS to harvest an extra 4 plants..

I like vegging with metal halides myself but t-5s are cool too

personally I think cfls suck for many reasons, that being said one would be fine on your cloner as cuttings don't need much light

If you're doing a 2-week perpetual, you're going to be throwing away a shitload of soil! Have you considered a multi-site ebb/flow? Like this (not a plug for the site in any way... just the first example on Google): http://www.greners.com/i/hydroponics/systems/ebb-and-flow.html

...far less maintenance than all that soil.

Also, I too would go with a 400 in the veg tent, either that, or a nice LED... much less wiring, adjustments and so on.

Sounds like you've got a plan though. I assure you from experience that it takes a little while to dial in your timing from cutting the right number of clones on the right date and scheduling everything, but it comes with experience. You'll constantly be thinking of better ways to do things. I say if you have the budget, just get going :)

I've got a very similar setup, but I go 12/12 straight from clone, with 24 plants at all times in 2L coke bottles. Smaller plants, but higher count.

I just want to make sure I can get atleast 3ounces a plant, then harvest two a week
I don't have any experience with hydro I'll propbably stick with super soil at first then sort of collect the used soil to compost
I wonder what subcool does with all of his soil when he harvests

Not quite sure what Sub does with his soil after harvest but it might be hard to find out considering he is no longer on any forums! There are few guys over in the Organics section that swear by ROLS (Recycled Organic Living Soil). I am going to give it a try next time.

Sub uses his used soil/supersoil on his veggie garden, from what he's posted it works amazing...

But soil growing only becomes wasteful when you use chem ferts because it can't be recycled back to an organic mix for reuse.... Although sub doesn't do or recommend it but I recycle mine... Zero waste... I do however have to store it, re-amend it, cook it and use it again... No waste.. And it gets better the more you use it especially when you add stuff like greensand that doesn't break down and become usable to the plants for a couple go rounds...

I'm sure the OP figured his question out by now but.....

Anyone who "cooks" or bakes dirt is wasting time (which is money) and money.

Also if your baking or reusing substrate IMHO your doing something wrong. When finished the substrate should be filled with roots making it unuseable.

I have been re-using my soil for a year now. I pull the large root mass out and compost it. Re-amend the soil and let it sit until I need it.

Plants get water only until I decide to add some teas near the end. The only issues I run into are 5 gallon bags become root bound near the end. I am stepping up to 10 gallon bags.

I always pull over 3 zips per plant running a perpetual garden. Most of the time I pull over 5 zips per plant.
