New House

I'm moving out of my house now and moving into a new house. My friend nd I are planning on using our closets to grow. In my closet its about 3ft deep by about 7 feet long by about 6ft tall. I have a 1000 W HPS bulb as of now and i was hoping to fit 15 plants or so, I'm gunna use soil. I have a bag of foxfarm soil. Not sure about intake or exhaust, gunna need ideas on that. want to have a rotating crop w/ a 3 or 4 plant harvest every 2 weeks.

Now in my friends closet we were gunna have the mothers and clones under a 400 W MH bulb 18/6 or 24/0 (still undecided). dont have dimension now but i will get them when we officially look at the house (we kinda broke in even tho it was unlocked lol)
So some of the questions i have are:

1) are the lights gunna be good?
2) what kind of soil to use?
3) what 2 strains to use?
4) and any help or ideas in general would be GREAT

Thats what i was thinking too. but i mean if i have a good enough exhaust set up it should work right. What size fan should i get for the closet to exhaust it to keep it cool enough.

Also im not too worried about the smell seeing my closest neighbor is about 300 yards away.

and i geuss my new question is, as i have been thinking about what else i need help on, how much do you think i will yield. I will have prolly about 16 plants in there at once. i will have 4 for every two weeks, so how much do you think i will get from 4 plants. i most likely will get a decent yeilding plant.
also i will be vegging them to about 10 or 12 inches

You might want to worry about the smell now because towards the end of flowering you and everything in your room will begin to smell. At least get the parts for the intake and exhaust as it will also help with heat.
