That's anything but legalization. It's a start though, so congrats to everyone in New Jersey.

he did sign.... it goes in effect in 6 months.. i hope i can get some for my insomnia...or they'll let me grow.

The article said you can't grow. You can only get it from government controlled "dispensaries" and its for chronic diseases - cancer, MS, etc. only... sorry to be Debbie Downer.

My hometown was across the river from NJ... This is good news for them, it means there will be some good medical buds in the area
