If you're saying you got an outdoor permit, it's the first one that I have ever heard of and that is absolutely fantastic if you did. Please confirm that I didn't misunderstand you!
That is so awesome mojo. Now if you had a dog with you out there to be your companion while you grow...to me that would be the ultimate happy time period. I wish for your great fun while going through this time period outdoors. I think you'll have more than one summer left though. We'll see what happens with the courts.
most are a trainwreck...but there are a few mighty-mites and some heavy sativa-leaning plants in the mix...most gets dried and extracted...yeah. I can see why you'd be happy! Did you say what strain you were growing? I can't recall if you did. But it sure looks nice!
Hope that answers some of your q'sHow will savvy patients be able to order from multiple LPS? They can't. They have to send their ORIGINAL Rx to their LP of choice. If an LP fulfills an order based upon receipt of a COPY of an Rx, then they will soon be shut down by HC upon their first audit. You can't take your Rx for Viagra to multiple pharmacies...the first one takes your little paper and don't give it back. Prevents "pharm-hopping." If a patient wants to leave their current LP, they need to have the LP return the original RX to either the patient, or the prescribing physician. The LP then has to contact HC to inform them that a patient has rescinded their sole LP contract with you....i think within 5 business days. This makes me believe that they will have a specific database for keeping record of who is buying from where.
Should patients have their doctors write multiple prescriptions that add up to the total g,s per day, with the idea of using each prescription at a different Lps? That would be medical fraud on behalf of the doctor. Keep in mind what the scenario would be if it were OxyCodon and not mmj. Doctor gets his pee-pee spanked, and the LP loses a client.
How does that affect the label on the bottle that the police may look at? Read the LABELLING section of the MMPR. All details that must be on the label are very well defined.
Does the doctor write you a note explaining the total prescription, that the patient should carry with them for police check? Not sure what the new MMAR permit looks like....it should state the amount that they are allowed to have as a maximum. So if your Rx is for 40g/month, and you get causght with 41g or more, then you as a patient are in violation of the MMAR policies and risk losing your excess meds. The LP will be contacted by local authorities to examine your Rx and shipment history to see where/who is at fault for the excess possession.
What about an LP ordering from another LP or from over seas, 150 gram shipping limits are ridiculous? Do LPs have to personally pick their orders up to get around this?
Different rules apply. Read the IMPORTING and EXPORTING sections of the MMPR. I can't imagine ordering 100Kg of meds from the netherlands and opening thousands of 150g packages. LOL You need to apply for special import/export permits. My problem would be getting my stuff from Montreal port to Calgary without an overnight stop or two. From what i have been told by Controlled substances, is that you cannot stop over night without putting your shipment into a secure facility. That means either getting to know all the Shoppers Drug Marts between you and the nearest port-o-entry, or flying with your product. I don't want to fly with 100Kg of dope in a cardboard box getting handled by punks getting paid $9.95/hr LOL
I foresee a HUGE HUGE HUGE Canada post strike after the first mailman gets shot in the face while trying to deliver Aunt Betty's monthly QP. The union is going to (if it already hasn't) have a massive freak-out at the new level of risk to their safety. the smartest thing for HC and CS to do, is allow (better yet, mandate) that all shipments go to a registered pharmacy. They already have security protocols in place, and every small town has an IDA or ShoppersDM in their area. I can imagine the number of Canada Post super-boxes getting smashed open night after night as punks try to score free weed.so they state that 5g is daily limit and 150g is the order limit so no one can order more then 150g a month. I feel all producers should work together to change these laws. I under stand that keeping single package size small is safer for couriers and mail people. so as they are not walking around with pounds of dope. that said I should be able to send at least the amount of Canada's largest prescription 11g a day. in several packages throughout a month.
I must apologize to you Kootenay...Talked to a nurse friend and he confirmed your methodology of multiple Rxs. Although he did take a few moments of deep thought about itYou don't get it. Where does it say that you cant have 3 scribes for say 5 gs a day each with your doc who is prescribing 15 per day. Filling the scribes at 3 different LPs. Have not read about a database, but agree it is coming.
No fraud for doc, they are prescribing 15 grams a day total, 3 x 5 grams. If there was 3 viagras, low mast, half mast and full on, why couldn't you get separate prescriptions.
First we are talking MMPR and if my single scribe says 5 gs a day but my doc says 15, with 3 scribes, an individual scribe will only show 5 not 15. That is where the trouble is. Will a 40 g aday scribe be stuck with a single LP? We think not. Doctors know the advantage of variety too and will divide it up.
No overnight stops, that's new thanks.
Couriers will set their own limits if HC doesn't.
