New micro growbox.

I realized that the container I had for my old grobox was to small, so I upgraded to something a bit bigger... a plastic trashcan.
The new box is 20" high, 9" deep, and 14" wide. I lined it and sealed it the same way as before. I had to improvise a lid, so I used foil and foil tape to make a bigger seal on the lid from the old box, since it already had the lights and fan installed.
I've decided not to use the ScrOG setup on this, because I don't see any way I can get underneath the screen to prune/water with this box.

I've got a few questions though:
Will the two CFL lights I have in there now (a 13 watt twisty one and a 15 watt spotlight) be enough to grow one plan, or should I invest in one of two of those splitter things that lets you use two lights in one socket? If I did that I could have 3-4 CFLs rather than 2.
And will that one 80mm fan be enough to venthilate the box, or should I installed another one or two? and is there any difference bbetween venting the box and actually having a fan blow air across the plant? I opted for venting it because I didnt want to have too much airflow in that little space battering my plant.

Please offer any like advice or tips or criticism or whatever... trust me I ned it

So I added another 13watt CFL, so I have one 15 in the middle and a 13 to either side.

Come on I know someone out there can help me out here.

first of all do some research in the cfl forums and faq's... i would add as many cfl's as possible ...some red and some blue spectrum ...definalty vent the box with two of your small fans blowing in and two out..in at the bottum and out at the top...more ventilation the better. you can also have a small fan inside the box to blow air around..lets see some pics

Anyway as soon as I ge to the hardware again (again, hopefully later today) I'm picking up 3 of those two-way light things, so I'll have 6 CFLs in there for a total of like... 90 watts. I read somewhere that it's reccomended like 100 watts/per plant for CFLs so i'm thinking I should be able to get away with 90 in a space this small. I also started wiring a 40mm fan running at like 6 volts so it'll be a little slower than usual.
This morning I moved my germinated seeds into soil, about 1/2 of the seeds I germinated came up right. I used red beerpong cups with like a 1/2 inch of gravel on the bottom, then some regular potting soil, then like 1 1/2" of seed starter on top. It's like special soil for starting plants, it should work well w/ marijuana since it works great when I use it with tomatoes. So now i've got 6 seeds started inside the box, as much space as the bottom of the box will allow. As they grow I'll narrow it down to the healthiest plant.
