new plants how they look now

so i have a few question these are the plants about 2 weeks ago for one how do they look also the leaves on one look a lil saggy and the on one the top leaves are kinda cuping and curling down at the tips no sure whats up also could i start lst now i toped about a week ago not to much growth from the spot yet should i wait for it io start growing more first

okay the two bigger ones are about 3 or 4 weeks old and are the ones in question there growing under 303 actual watts of cfl no nutes yet growing in happy frog soil temps range from 75 to 80 dont know soil ph but my water ph is 7 going by a cheep prob meter witch i dont think is accurate

You're over watering them. Leaves shouldn't drop like that. Looks as if you have a bit of nute burn as well.

Like mr2shim said to much water. Can't always go by the soil method to judge watering. Try to read the plants a little more. And from those pictures they are saying "to much water".

okay ill try to lighten it up but when i say soil felt dry it really was dry down there overall how they looking also is it okay to start lst or should i wait for the tops to grow in more

you could water a little more, every day if you want- just make sure the water drains off after 15 mins or half hr then let them dry out. The bigger plant looked dry in one photo, 2 days is long to wait if you ask me. I water every day or about every 1 1/2 days. skip a day sometimes and my plants are fine
