Not really because the room wont even be known when the basement is finished its a hidden area. I had the idea to make built in book shelves that actually are hidden doors for easier access but its all if money allows and if they will seal tightly.

Wow tight space. Think it through carefully, Moisture, water run-off, drainage, ventilation-in, heat exhaust-out, odor control, etc. Also, drape & staple some thick reflective plastic across those walls to seal-in all that fiber insulation ......itchy stuff man.
