Hey all, I really appreciate the help and ideas that I've received here at rollitup! Thought I would put up a poll here and see what the general consensus is amongst forum members.
So, I have a house shared with my buddy that is a 50/50 partner in my operations. We have a newly established bloom room that is awesome and large enough for everything we want to grow, and a veg room that is in a laundry room and shares the space with a washer and dryer combo. It doesn't require too much space, so having a dual purpose room works, especially since there is no need to dark it out or combat severe smell. It has both fluorescent T5's and a metal halides.
This new room has opened up that was essentially a utility room, fairly small at 8x12 that was used as a storage. We have now been able to clear it and make it available for growing. Its been cleaned, painted white, and stripped down to the cement floors. I'm now at a bit of a loss as to what to do with it. Here were my ideas:
- Extra grow room, expanding with full areas for cloning and mothers.
- More bloom area, throw in a few 600's maybe and try to push out more weight. Might not have enough room in the current veg room to support this.
- Lab type area. Put in a desk, computer, a station for drying and cutting with a tv, maybe a few fluoro's for experimenting with new strains and mothers.
- Non grow area. Poker table, maybe a stripper poll, guitar hero rock out area, or some other ridiculous nonsensical man's type of room.
So what do you guys think? What would you do? Keep in mind I'm happy with my current veg and bloom output. Not to say I wouldn't expand, but I'm doing well with my current setup.
