Looking good. A little small for 31 days in my opinion but ive never grown that particular strain. My la diva is a blueberry cross. Check it out in my sig if interested.

Keep the light close as possible. Cfls and flourescents loses alot of lumens/par the farther they are. I keep mine 1 to 2 inches from plants. The 20/4 cycle is great so keep that going. Good luck...

Generally CFLs run cooler than most lights. The closer the better, put your hand near the light and if it feels hot, its too hot for the plants. If the leaves are curling its probably too close.

you could put a little fan blowing on the bulb if the bulb is gets too hot to put it that close.dont wanna burn it

You would have been better growing 2 in ya wardrobe and getting a decent light instead of tent my friend. Do yourself a favour, invest a bullseye in some nutes. only 2 plants so small bottles will do. If not, atleast get yaself some superthrive.

I found out that 2-4 inches away from my T5HO tubes is best .. 1 inches seems to close .. plants dont seems to like it ..

after 10 inches away they dont produce much light according to my light meter ..

between 2 and 10 they produce 500-1500 foot candles withs is like 5000-15000 Lumens per sq. ft.

after 12 inches or so I cant even get a reading on my light meter (with my 600W HPS I get 5000 foot candles 15-20 inches away)

cheers for input guys all appreciated also got an 80w hps flowering light homemade jobby so can really only hang from the top its bout a metre from the plant if i was to stick it in would it help? it says to have it 50cm away but ive got no way of lowering it enough and securing it safely ........ but it did boost the light in there of course obviously theory is more lumens more bud or should i just be patient and wait for the baby to get tall enough to reach it ???

i understand its a first time, but you dont need a tent. you could have built yourself one and bought a tent within the first harvest.

my first time, i had 2 23w cfls from walmart for veg and a 150w hps for flowering.. i quickly bought a 400w hps cooltube with a 6 inch fan and filter for flowering and now im working on getting a veg/clone/mother setup i still dont have a tent.. i built my first cabinet and used it then i converted my closet into a grow space.

I wasn't bashing you my friend. Sometimes priorities get a bit mixed up when ya keen and wonna get to it. 1 crop with hps on the QT, if done right, will give you all the money you need to expand to a tent and more. A tent with cfl's won't give you half the reurn of a HPS in a wardrobe. The same goes for proper nutes v's baby bio.

Come on then all you organic tree huggers, chirp in and say ya don't need any nutes if ya use concentrated yeti shite and cfl's will yield 10oz if done right.
