New shrum grower

I have 2 syringes of (i forgot which type of shrums it is) 13cc spores apc to give a total of 26cc spores. Which method should i use to grow them and how much of what do i need? This is a first time ever grow, and ive watched a few videos on using brown rice flower cake inside a glass jar. Also how much will it cost to grow if the only thing i have is the shrum spores?

it should not cost much my friend grew and found all his ingredients locally for real cheap. and if i were to ever grow shrooms i would go with the jars method then put them in a fish tank

can i use regular brown rice flower from walmart or do i need something special?
