New soil

Hello!

I'm working on a new soil, to put my plant once she grows bigger.

For now, i'm using a mix based of 60% SunshineMix#6, 30% Perlite and 10% worm castings. SunshineMix is made of peat moss, a little build-in nutrients and dolomite lime. pH basis is 6 +0,5 -0,5. I flushed it to remove the pre-fertilizer, and i'm adding 1 spoon of dolomite lime to each gallon.

Any toughts? Should I add something else?

To me.. Soil is soil... It all does the same thing. The more you add in, the less you do later.. Read your plants... Don't get me wrong quality soil is good.. But cheap soil isn't all that bad either

Since I don't have adequate instruments, like pH and ppm meters, good light, and no way to contrl temperature and humidity, I were thinking about some stabilizing stuff!

Well without meters, you can't tell how stable it is unless you know how to read your plant.

Can you give any example? I think I lack that skill

When end your leaves turn color such as yellow, it's most likely lacking nitrogen.

That's what I mean. Your leaves should stay a nice green unless it's lacking something.

most new growers do lack the skill which is why so many questions are posted daily.. But when you get more experienced and live and learn as you grow you'll know real quick. This plant takes a lot to fuck up. He'll, I've had my cat chew half of my non rooted clone up she even took it out of the coco it was in.. I just put it back in the cup, watered and it rooted..
