New space, new genes and the forever pheno hunt for Phatlewtz

After some catastrophic issues after 20 years of growing....i get to start from scratch pretty much (do I get to be a teenager again too?) The only salvageable piece other than equipment was my soil....i've been ROLSing since before it was cool and since I don't have the financial means to build a bunch of tables at this juncture but will be adding them eventually...but lets not get ahead of myself...if I can i'll knock out the most common questions peeps have...

Space: 3x3x6 veg tent with 900w (630 actual draw) LED (terrible for flower, but for veg it has out performed every hid light i've tried) 4x4x6 600w HPS (horti eye) and a few ufos around the corners when/if needed...

Genetics: starting with 4 Bodhi Wolfpack seeds that were dug out of the garbage disposal (#girlsandgrowsdontmix) 4x Cherry Pie x CPK x Greatful Breath and 6x D-Cure F2s gifted from one cool mofo that goes by the name @skunkwreck ...ty again brother!

Soil: i've recycled for years and years and years but this is what it started as...over the years everything from leaf mold to different rock dusts have been used...but that's all of us that have been at it for years...

Base- 1/3 peat 1/3 perlite 1/3 EWC (to make math easy, if you use 2 1/2 gallons of each, you'l end up with a cubic foot of soil and for every cubic foot i use 1 cup of dolomite lime) base is great for seeds and clones

Nutritional Amendment- 2 parts kelp, 1 part of each of the following..Neem Seed Meal, Diamat Earth, Greensand, Organic Fertilizer (4/4/4), Alfalfa Meal and Crab meal. I use 2 cups per cubic foot (7 1/2gal)

4 cups of Rock Dust per cubic foot, i prefer Glacial but Azomite works well too

*** If you're starting from absolute scratch and interested in that dirt mix I will prewarn you that Greensand takes several cycles before it starts being usable...

Hell yeah , I know it sucks starting over but you get to have a little fun tho the D cure f2's are mine the Cherry Pie cross is from #genstash @genuity hope everything goes great for you here on out brother .

By the way you may want to scuff those D-Cure beans as they have a tough shell and have a hard time cracking and sprouting .

Appreciate the words buddy! @skunkwreck things are going to be massively great... instead of 6 foot tall moms they'll be foot tall bonzai's but look howmuch easier that is to maintain After checking the ghetto seed dome all have broken ground or about to 4/4 on the Cpie cross and 4/6 Dcures are standing above soil with the other 2 about to burst through by noon today I'd gather...noticed my temps are getting in the 50's with lights off...which doesn't seem to be an issue as the Wolfpacks are speeding right along...once of them is going to have basketball sized fans if I was a betting man...will give a proper update later today with some pics...who doesn't like seed sprout pr0n? I always liked Grape Stomper, if I can pull a good pheno(s) of it with a nice matching male will probably f3 or better it out (now I finally wish I went Biology/Botany over Agri/Elec engineering) I've also just realized something else about starting over....i'm damn near clairvoyant on how things will unfold...no mysteries = no problems!

Things are moving along...as exciting as seed/early veg pics are...well here they are!

4 x Wolfpack...roughly 2 weeks (an engineer that didn't take notes...anyone else shocked?) Being out of herb..i put the 2 largest of the WP's in 3gals of living soil and stuck them under some 12/12...since they were a node ahead of the other 2 I got very impatient (growers kryptonite) and stuck them in flower..being out of herb for months makes us do weird things...didn't take any cuts, but I suspect they're boys anyways, if a female presents herself well I can always reveg or cut a few lowers while in bloom.. .


Ended up with 5/6 D-Cure F2s breaking soil...they aren't a fan of the chill and are slowly extending their taps...they'll pull through, they usually always do...those are in the 5 1qt grow bags...the 4 party cups hold the CP x (CPKxGFB) which are outpacing the D-Cures, but every living thing has a schedule of some sort whether we want to see them or not..since my initial runs are going with very limited veg time I am going to stack the flower tent perpetually as best I can...thanks to some VERY cool people I have some good fire to play with...you know who you are gents and I really appreciate it!



I also have 3 x WhitexWookie and 3x BlueberrySnow that have been soaked/toweled and will be dropped in the dirt today...if my math is correct I should have 1 total female from all the beans Ive got cracked! (karma is a bitch)

Veg pics are pretty boring, however on a plus note a growstore took some pity on me and got me hooked up with a 3 week in flower girl....she's not very big but pretty healthy..an SFVOG Cross will get a pic when lights are on, dunno if I should bother taking a few clones or just reveg...pros and cons to both...if i don't clone/reveg we all know it will turn out to be stupid fire, but if I do will probably be bleh Had some dampening off issues from cold temps but thats under control now...I do have all 4 of my wolfpacks in flower now, not ideal vegging times but this nickel needs to smoke sooner rather than later...this is a terrible update but sometimes life is pretty terrible

No sweat, I've got plenty of jokes to spare, hell I live around the corner from the funny bone and get free tickets about once a month

So now that everything is under sub optimal control, I've started some more beans...just in case boys start cropping up...and as much as I'd love to keep them I barely have room to flower...soo



3 x Goji x Dank Sinatra started to soak...

Going from memory as it stands...in my Veg tent I have 4 CPxCPK x Grandpas Breath in 1 gallons...then there are 2 WookiexWhite seeds, 1 BB Snow, 2 Goji OG, 2 Tigers Milk x Starfighter...in flower i have 4 Wolfpacks going, 2 starting week 3 and 2 starting week 2...@ 3 weeks into flower there is 1 that can't even be touched...the greasy stench won't leave the fingers....so when lights pop on today I'll take a few lowers to ghetto clone....she don't match the giesel structure to much, but the smell seems to be spot on from what i've read..

Well...the goji/ds split with taps in 6hrs (nice vigor selection Al!) so they are in my ghetto prop chamber....i believe you will also enjoy my photo of my ghetto clone chamber also... I also started 3 Super Silver Hashplant x Dank Sinatra (I see i'm a month late on that party!) my tent is stuffed (and will be overstuffed soon if i'm not careful...which I'm not so there's that...

Here is my ghetto cloner...wait for it (5 gallon bucket with saran wrap) hanging from the top so as to get the heat but not direct light...as we all know that direct light is rough when trying to clone ....It's secretly killing me that I used to have entire rooms for this...AND WILL AGAIN...at least that's the goal here...



and here are my 4 flowering Wolfpacks, top left one is one of the strongest smells I've ran...for a pop reference I will say the smell does to your face what Negans bat did to Glenns head...OVERPOWERING...the bottom left is #2 both shown female, so I've cut 2 clones from each...wasn't going to clone 2 as 1 is already far more interesting, 2 doesn't smell like anything but a plant so far, if she keeps the low odor throughout maybe I'll stealth some outside this summer....3 and 4 on the right haven't shown sex...they are entering week 2 of flower...1 has a mag problem...took top dressing with Epsoms once a week to get it manageable (kinda hope it shows male as I'm over it, but I do need the smoke so will limp it out to the end if its a she...and yes i need to clean my flower tent up, but that knee tho!
