New stealth grower. Questions on ventilation and odor proofing.

Now here's another big part of this is which fan do you believe would have the most simple/cheaper way to control the fan speed obviously it doesn't need to stay on 100% 24-7

Another question for anyone.. If I were to make an ona bucket would I need a carbon filter still? And if not how would I exhaust. Please and thank you for anyone out there!
