Ok, as promised here is a update, the 2 bottom leaves have not recovered, and are starting to yellow slightly on the edges.
I have taken 3 angle shots for you to see. after the last pictures of the root system, i replanted in a new smaller clay pot and this is 12 hours later. There does seem to be some new leaves appearing growth.

Looks good; at least she's still upright. Just let her chill in that new soil; she should take off.

I began the seeds in papertowel and a plate. then movend them into a peat pellet, once they sprouted and leaves showed i put the peat pellet in the pot.
where there any roots protruding from the pelet before you put the pellet in the soil? If not it wasnt ready for the soil yet perhaps. ;)
Nevermind it should be ok if you leave it alone to grow. GL. I'm glad you headed my advice on pot size:wall:.You haven't even got a set of proper leafs yet!

Well it has now been almost 48 hours and its not looking good. The 1st lowest set of leaves are all yellow and curled up completly now. and the new sets are all curling down aswell. Not sure if i can save this one. The attached pics are from this plant.

So i started a new one and now im getting browning on the plant already. Here are some photos to keep you all updated.
Here is a pic of the new plant and the browning.

So i dont repeat it,

Anyone have suggestions for my new seedling? Those brown leaves worry me.

Should i be using jiffy pucks? or should i try a different method. At this point that is all i have not changed.
