depends on your cash outlay...IMO Fox Farm Ocean Forest, add 25% pelrite to ease the burn
and can be reused again many times with a little amending(add another bag)

no real need to add bottled nutes either if you want too ...add more perlite

good luck

Make sure to water throughly (at watering time), and check run off ppm/ec and ph with calibrated meters to make sure what is coming out is what you are putting in

Don’t start in ocean forest more often too hot than not. Good soil for later but go with a seed starting mix like black gold, light warrior etc. for germing and young seedlings

any good seedling and potting compost will work just fine as will a tomatoe grow bag, they work verry well
Yep. I have been growing Autos outdoors all summer in grow bag compost fed with a basic tomato feed. Some of the best plants I have ever grown. I have some photos in a tent under 800w of LEDs at the moment. They are in some grow bag compost mixed with some rotted farm manure and perlite. They are being fed with a basic tomato feed and some epsom salt and they are performing superbly. TBH I think all of these fancy fertilisers and grow mediums with cartoon characters on the packet/bottle are bollocks.

I usually use Jack's Magic soil with Old Timers Grow/Bloom/PK48. I am using the growbag compost with manure and tomato feed because the wife had loads left over from her veggie garden and I didn't want it to go to waste.
