re-read my last post for 1 way of getting rid of males. u can also, seeing as how you live in the middle of BFE, (assuming that means a very rural place) burn them. get a fire going outside and toss em in! or do it inside if you have a fireplace. that would be the fastest way i think, and the coolest. lol can you get some pics up here nizmo? they always help to tell a story or correct plant symptoms... plus pictures make me horny! :)

cool, most of your plants look pretty good. short and stocky, just like you want. i honestly dont know what's goin on with your lower leaves, so long as you haven't added fert. to that soil, but you said you didnt so.... maybe someone else will help out. however, they look completely gone, so i would go ahead and cut them off. they're not doing any good to plant at this point. even some of your green leaves on small plants are drooping down, are you over watering? do you have drainage holes in those dixie cups? all your pots should have drainage holes. soon as you get those little guys healthy lookin again, transplant them into their final pots, at least 8-10" pots.... keep those cfls right on all plants ! :)

lol, forgot another thing.... i noticed in some of those pics that the stem of some plants are like 6" above soil before they have leaves. that's not good. that leaves a long ass stem out in the open, with no support. as plant grows n gains wait, that will put alot of stress on stem, possibly causing it to lean, snap, etc. bury the stem as much as you can, put soil about 1/4" below top of pot to help support that stem.
p.s. the stem did that because previously, your lights were too far away and she was reaching out to get as much light as possible. keep up the good work though!

Everything looks good! Next time plant your seedlings in cups that are NOT clear. Light can mess up your root formation if it's exposed to light!

oops, i forgot. change the tags on those pics asap, so they dont contain personal info :)

Awesome thanks i completely missed that, Thanks for the info.... should i put soil in it now? or would that hurt it. If so should i add to the top below the leaves or the bottom below the roots?

dont cover any leaves with soil, go as far up stem as you can. if they're just the little baby leaves that the plant had when she first sprouted, cover those, but not any fan leaves or bud sites. i dont think that's why ur leaves are yellow, but do make sure your not overwatering and that all ur pots have drainage holes. ur plants will show burns if you have the cfls too close. you dont want them touching plants, but no more than2-3" away from your larger plants. and 5-6" away from smaller ones.
