New to growing

You would need the 6" HV fan upgrade and filter.

The fan supplied will not be adaquate for heat removal.

You will most likely require a digital ballast not a magnetic one.

Running a hydro system you'll need a pH and EC meter too.

Anyone know any place to get good seeds I am going to start with bag seed but I want to have some good seeds on deck

Im still starting out, so honestly I couldnt comment on whether or not its worth it. Like I said though, id start out small no matter what methods you want to use better to make sure you enjoy the process and can grow the plant before you blow a lot of money on stuff.

As for seeds. Just check out seed banks online, or if you're in a legal/medical area go and ask around - I hear most places deal in clones, but you may be able to find some that have seeds.

The fan that comes with the system is just a glorified duct booster fan and it will not adaquately cool the tent with a 1000w hps.

Am I not making it clear enough??


Buy that kit that you listed and within 48 hours you'll be buying a decent centrifugal inline fan and matching filter because your temps will be ludicrous.

Yeah I do heating and air conditioning for a living so I understand airflow and ambient temperatures I am going to buy the GrowBright 6" HV Fan & Tall Boy Filter Combo With Clamps & Duct Work for my system any other pointers you give me will be much appreciated
