Bonjour
US guys have almost all a/c unit so heat is not a big concern I guess!
Personally I put mine on the top of my growbox outside because it produce more heat than my cob @1400mA I guess and where I live heat is a concern since May to october and a pita in july and august!...and no a/c where I grow...but we consider to buy a movable one a bit oversized because of the cob but I am not sure it is needed...cobs don't produce much heat!?!

Just to be sure.....I'm wiring these cobs in series right? Not sure why I just thought about this. I wired my fans parallel which I think is ok. They only draw .09a.

If i turn them then it pulls air INTO the heatsink. I had them the other way originally. I thought the idea was to pull the heat AWAY from the heatsinks.
NO, you want to push air into the heatsink, has been documented countless times as the preferred way in your configuration........some manufacturers pull the heat away to get ul/etl certs === design limitations.
