New to led..need advice

well after a long break of not growing.. ive decided to start it up again... well this time i wanna switch to led.... i currently got a 600w hps.. i use a 3x3 tent.. so looking for a led panel that can subside to the hps.. it will be less heat, less venting, and just less hassle.. i was looking at the mars 2 900w led.. now what im unsure of is if i can use one panel for veg and flowering? or two different panels? i got about 1k to spend but i need a new carbon filter, soil, perlite etc.. so cheap as possible is better.

You can build or buy a nice light(s) for under a grand. Building one isn't hard at all and you can tailor it to your space. All the information you'll need is in this forum.
If going that route isn't your cup of tea, then there's a few pre built lights out there that will fit the bill and your budget.
Greengenes707 has a new company with a light that's under a grand that should rock a 3x3 and Area51 is coming out with cob fixtures soon as well if they aren't out already. Optic led is another company using cobs.
The mars will only leave you wanting more and can't match anything I just mentioned in any aspect of growing.
