New to outdoor growing

i need some help figuring out how to start off planting i have 2 seeds that have sprouted and i was wondering when i plant them to get a lil bigger to plant them out side do i need to put them under a light or no?

i would say get a 42 watt cfl or 2 and put them under them, i have sprouted healthy 6 inch plants on my window though. But the lights would be your best bet. Grow untill there about 4-6 inches and transplant them outside.

Im also doing an outdoor grow in canada maybe we could swap info and ideas

hahaha yea man im up for it but thanks for the info man i have like a bunch of seeds 2 sprouted already and the others are just starting idk would a 9watt and 120 volt light work?
