New to soil grow, have a few questions for some of you with experience.

Inherited some mothers that look to be a few weeks old. During transport they appear to have begun to wilt a bit and was looking for suggestions on taking care of them.

- Are there any initial feedings I should do asap? Foliar?

- How often to water and how frequently to add nutes?

- When feeding, how can I tell how much is enough?

- I have advanced nutrients sensi series, can I use these for the soil plants? Full strength? Half? Quarter?

I appreciate any help on the issue. I've been looking for some good soil guides on the forums but I can't seem to find any of the old guides that used to be on the site.

Thanks!

I'd advise you to go slowly. Check the soil a couple of inches down - if it is dry then it's time to water. Add water until some flows out of the bottom and don't water again until the top two inches of soil are dry again. Yes you can use your hydro nutes but start at no more than half strength as you don't know what the plants are used to. You can start feeding every other watering.

I appreciate your input.

Is there anything I should do being this is the first day after transport? Any kind of foliar feeding?

Also, whats the easiest way to tell if the soil a couple inches down is wet enough? Can I tell by color or should I poke it?

Thanks!

Couple things brother. 1. Buy advanced nuts Revive and B-52, both of these will save your plants if you fuck anything up( this being new to you. 2. I dont know what kind of pots your using but I have holes in mine over trays. when they suck up all the tray water there ready for more. your plants will go throw peroids were they drink more and more and then slow down some. Every plant is different though.
