35 years of smoking pot under my belt.
just curious what you all consider a GREAT INDICA?
i like sativas but can't stand the racing heart or uncontrollable paranoia.
A good knockout skunky indica is what I'm after.
Any advice is appreciated

The key to growing great sativa leaning hybrids is patience. The best weed is always sativa heavy. The red eyed giggly happy high like the old days when 5 of us could smoke a joint and laugh and play for hours.

The breeders may say 8-10 weeks or whatever but the plant needs to be truly done. I have them go 12 weeks all the time. They have a full head and body high way more than any short flowering indica can.

12 weeks 3 days to 90% cloudy trichs with some cleanish but colored amber and purple and a few browning and degrading.

It’s an original diesel / Lemon Thai hybrid. This one is bred with original California Warlock. There is indica in it but it obviously leans toward ECSD. Cut early it would likely be very nervous and racy feeling. But truly ripe and it gives hours of complex high and buzz.

Im a cookie fanatic..
I picked up the
Cookie Glue from Dark Hearts Nursery
And have been running it lately.
Its a good work smoke at 1 hitter..
But at 3 hitters its couch and tv..

Honestly good luck on learning much around here.
Most seem new, the OG's dont comment much, and the ones on here the most our political idiot's that been living in their moms basement since they were kicked off campus in "69" for raping the mascot...

Most of those political forum guys don’t grow or they just don’t talk about it much any more. On some of the more interesting Grow threads the pros kick in for sure. But mostly I agree with you.

I grew a couple years successfully before joining and posting. I think that the lack of reading and serious preparation by many noobs these days is part of the problem.

And cookie glue is genetically much like the plant I posted above. A kick ass sour diesel hybrid. :-)

Or read so much they get sensory overload..

Ya the cookie glue pretty good.
I grew out sour urkle not long back.
Was Sour D and Purple Urkle..
Was very dank smelling..
Buds were a little airy compared
To the Urkles Girl
Which was
GSC and Purple Urkle
That i grew right next to it..
Hands down the Urkles Girl was
The money in the bank...
Just because of the dense purple popcorn nugs...

I still find it odd that the market wants dense little buds when all the best smoke is big fluffy flowers. Lol.

Breeding for Bag appeal as much as short flowering times is what takes the fun happy part out of weed.

I would still like to try some of that urkles girl though. I love me some diesel hybrids.

Ya unfortunately, we gotta get what the public wants, and for some reason, dense little nugs is it...
I got a separate 4x4 that I play with other strains in...
lol eventho right now its got cookie glue in it too...
