Full spectrum lighting is fine, but the important number is the wattage. You want about 30-40 watts per square foot of flowering footprint.

If the plants are really stretchy in veg, they’re probably not getting enough light. You will probably want to move it down closer to the canopy.

Hang drying is fine, but the only thing likely to fall off the plant is crappy fan leaves that you dont want anyway. I don’t believe enough trichomes will just fall off your plant to make it worthwhile trying to collect it.

Ok I will remember that. I really appreciate the help I have them on at 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. that way if I have work I don't miss the right time however I'm going to buy a timer lowered lights for tomorrow morning start

I am not sure because the writing is on the back of it facing the ceiling fan I have it attached to I'm going to buy a couple more I'll post what it says on them when I get them I'm like the third or fourth of next month I will have them I believe he has like 13 left I know the light is making these plants grow crazy so it's got to be a decent light I'm guessing my friend is a grower he says it's a decent light he said he can't believe I only got it for $100
