New Virtual Sun Ballast doesn't plug into existing hood/fixture????

I am currently run a generic ebay 250w digi ballast. My new 600w dimmable Virtual Sun Ballast arrived today.
I go to plug it in and....wtf?
The VS ballast has the Normal ballast plug.
My generic fixture has what look like the male end of a computer cord. Not to be confused with the 3 round prongs like on the hydrofarm adapters.

I need this on one end (the right plug)

And the opposite end needs this

See how the prongs that go in this end are straight and not round like the left end of the harness in the first pic?
I figure I could splice in the Male end in the first pic onto the end of my fixture, but don't want to cut anything if I don't have to. I could always wire it in back at the mogul, but I don't see a long pigtail anywhere for sale...

Hope this all makes sense!
HELP ME!!!

but with a 600w ballast you need a 600 w bulb too right? wait, you have the adapter, one side goes to the ballast from the outlet, the other goes from the ballast to the reflector socket, the computer one should plug in the ballast and other side to wall outlet. try that but if you are setting a 600 watt ballast up with a 250 watt bulb that seems wrong

The plug on the end of the reflector is the computer style cord.
There IS a comp cord that is used to go straight to the outlet as well. However the one coming from the reflector is the same style cord.
I think i'm gonna kust rewire the reflector cord right from the mogul. But where can i get a cord? Anyone have a broken hood with an extra cord?
