New Washington State grower needs advice!

Morning all. I am working to help put together a 30,000 outdoor growing operation in Eastern Washington State. My friend is torn between building an indoor growing operation, a hybrid of greenhouse and TRUE outdoor, or just saving money and trying to raise it all outdoor with minimum infrastructure.

I could sure use a little help and guidance if anybody out there has done this before! THANKS

Very rocky seas ahead for those who wish to venture into this, urge caution to all concerned ..just think of the other 9999, other growers doing the same, so what about a future price in say 3 months ....? can I buy my ounce in now at 75% off ....?

the ideal setup is in hoop houses you can put up yourself. little electric expense and easy maintenance with little to no insect problems. that's how i would do it and i would do it if i were in wa state.
