ive just started growing white widow and am now 3 days in from seed there growing fast and after some advice on stretching them ive droped the light to stop them stretching wa u think?

The seedling looks good but you should probably drop the light even more, what kind of light are you using?

no im using a doulbe tube flourescent an i dropped it down today its now only 2-3 inches from the tip of plants

Thats a good height, when you are using the fluorescents you want to keep them very close to the plants

i know bout the foil as ive bin told a number of times lol i took it down the other day i just found out each tube is 55w
