Plant looks good and healthy (should post some closer/close-up shots), too early in 12/12 to expect anything other than you should see some more growth/filling in for the next week or two ("stretch" happens for the first couple of weeks of 12/12, maybe 3 depending on strain), you should also start seeing some small pistils popping up this week.

Only thing I see is it seems small for 3 months of vegging, check out my journal for comparison, the latest entry has a pic of a Blueberry (saliva dominant strain), vegged for 3 months and is now into week 7 flowering. Her colas are 33" long standing straight (I have them tied back to get more light through) and she has a bunch of them filling in with buds. Ignore the buds as I'm 3 weeks away from picking it but the point is, she's about 33"Hx24"Dx30"W.

So far good job though for your first grow, she looks healthy enough, size could be strain related but she likely didn't get enough lighting during veg, try bumping that up a bit next round.

The lumens diminish quickly as the distance from a cfm increases. I would try getting your supplemental light (the CFLs) a little closer to the sides if you can.

Also, the plant looks very healthy, you should wind up with some nice quality bud. The size and density of your buds is going to really depend on how much light the plant gets-- I might even try getting that 150 watt a little closer, check on it a few minutes after you've lowered it and make sure you're not having any problems. But if that 150 is more than 6 inches away, I would definitely bring it a little closer.

Also, like I said very healthy plant that looks good, but the growth is definitely very slow. What's your watering schedule like? Have you tried checking the roots to see if they are "balled up" or "circling" at the bottom of the pot? Actually, after a second look that pot seems definitely big enough to sustain a plant that size. A big newbie problem is over watering, I did it my first grow and it really affected my growth speed.

Agreed

For CFLs only it's fine I guess, but you really want to either try and fit better lighting or get more lighting and start putting them closer to the leaves.
For almost 3 months old it's pretty small, but can't say there is anything wrong with it as it looks healthy.

You aint gonna corner the weed market in your area with a 150w light, but other than that the plant looks good. You topped it early and got 2 nice mains out of the deal, internodal distance is nice and compact. She looks healthy enough. Good luck.

sweet:) thank you guys! but a 150w and 6 cfls won't cut it for 1 mother plant? It is all mystery seed too, so i'm not in hands of good genetics etc.

Although next to impossible to tell, the compactness of the growth even under lower than ideal lighting is a pretty good indicator of it being a female.

Farmer, can you get ahold of a 400w HID? Either MH or HPS, doesn't really matter. You'd be a whole lot happier with the yeild if you could.
