You can bring your ph down by sprinkling a small amount of coffee grounds on the soil or adjust through your feed water. Use 6 and it will adjust itself over time. I wouldn't use a ph lower than that though to make the adjustment. Pot doesn't like a ph above 7 in soil, and 6.3 is optimum, so that might very well be the problem, and keep your ph consistent, not between 5.5 and 6. 6 is the number you want all the time until you get to 6.5

Please stop "freakin" out... I believe plants and all living things pick up on our stress we project
I look at your little seedlings, and see that they need no worry, just some love...
Take a small amount of water, and keep soil around plants a bit more moist...
It's too early for you to be having any problems, either you watered too much or too little...
Soil looks dry, too little....
Do not as some say: Flush, or water them with 3 times the size of your pot...
Do not flush them, do not worry about RH, or Run-off of your pint sized treasures...
Keep soil more moist, spray slightly soil with mister, do not spray leaves...
If you just keep soil moist, not overly watered wet, in two weeks you will be fine...
Good Luck...

And, if you are checking your "Run Off" at this stage of plant growth, you are watering too, way too much...
Your plants will fit in a 8 oz cup... You have them in a 64 oz container...
At this stage of their life....
Do you water them for a 64 oz plant [NO!], or an 8 oz plant [Yes-common sense]...

A good rule of thumb. 6 oz. water ph 6.5-6.8 every 2 days under 400. Same formula as a solo cup. Around the plants in a small circle for 2-3 weeks. People with our personalities tend to stress a lot about these kinds of things. We need to sit back, relax, and watch with amazement at what your babies will do on their own. We've all felt the same anxiety at some time. Remember this. They are a weed.

sweet! Thanks heaps for the prompt replies and putting my mind to ease. Will make sure that soil stays moist. It drains very well, even with a small watering i get runoff and four hours later its moist but doesnt stick to your finger. Was very worried about over watering.

Jimdamick, thanks heaps I might put tomorrows shot over them once it cools and then just let them come down with the waterings. I hear coffee has N in it too? stumped as to why this soil is so alkaline.

Thanks Sand4x105! I didnt mean to freak but I really thought I was doing everything right and by that I mean loving and following the KISS principle. Thought good light, ventilation, temps and genetics were the main thing and you should be ok. will keep watering amounts to a minimum.

Cheers lips! hehe I have spent a lot of time watching them, kinda like watching grass grow at the moment. boom.

Is the concensus that I still should not feed? Oh, and should I take off the domes?

Off with the domes ! Plain ph'd water for 3 weeks. No nutes.

LEGEND!!! thanks lips. I'll keep you posted on their progress here if you'd like to check up at some point.
have a good one.

Ok guys, question time again.
If i have been watering with ph6 water and the runoff comes out at ph7, does that mean that my soil ph is around 8? Also how long will this take to correct? Because at the moment it srems kike its gunna take a few weeks meaning they will be two month old seedlings with one leaf each.
