Newbie CFL Watt Inquiry

I have a bag of Jiffy Organic Seed Starting mix. It is a premixed soiless mix. Can I use that for the life of the plant, or do I need to change mediums once a seedling gets going? If I do need to change mediums what is a simple pre-mixed option?

i used ffof and none of mine needed food for my month veg.
I gave them a boost when I switched to flower. Feel free to pm me if you do not get help.
just learn to read what your plants are doing to light to dark curled leaves there is always a reason and be sure of the problem so it's not compounded.
