Newbie doing a White Rhino SOG - Any help/advice appreciated

I am a new grower, i have only tried to grow once before and that was with 4 plants that came out of a bunch of unknown seeds, they grew well but didnt give me much in terms of yield plus i had two go hermie on me and pretty much seeded the whole batch, i think i pruned too much and shocked em.......

Anyway, i have bought 5 feminized White Rhino seeds, i am using the warm damp tissue in the dark method for germinating, just did that today so hopefully within the next few days i will have something to plant. I maybe be starting to post too early but i wanted to get any advice prior to my actually planting seedlings, cant afford to mess this up lol so any advice would be appreciated.

My set up is a 1m x 1m x 2m grow room, i have a 400W MH & HPS, i will use a SOG using Promix HP with Flora series nutes, i am told both of these are good. I plan to install an extractor and intake fan tomorrow. I will monitor the temp and humidity inside during the day and night cycles. The whole steup is in the basement so it should be quite cool down there so i dont anticipate temperature problems, if anything i think it may be on the cool side during the night cycle.

I am told that i can use the local tap water as its quite soft, no calcium deposits in the kettle or on shower heads, is this OK?? The PH of it is at around 7.6 so after adding the required nutes i will add PH down to bring it to around 6.7, is this ok??
Do i also have to monitor the soil PH during my grow? or Will keeping the feed at the required PH be enough??

Now i have heard alot about CO2 and how this boosts growth and yield. On my last grow i used some sugar and yeast mixed with water in a bowl inside my grow room but i was really unsure about this method as i had no idea what kind of quantities i was generating and if i was harming or benefiting the plants...not good in my opinion. So what other inexpensive methods are there for generating CO2. I will be searching though the many many other threads to see if i can find this out for myself but any pointers would be appreciated.

Also if anyone thinks i am doing anything wrong in what i am suggesting please do say so. I will be adding pics as things progress..........

Hi again, i have not added anything to this thread due to the lack of interest. However i am in need of assistance and so i hope that this next entry will prompt someone....please anyone......to help me out.
To be honest i have had nothing but problems with this first grow, too much info to go into now especially if no one will respond so i am posting this in the hope that someone can help.....again please help.
I had problems early in the grow with lockout due to bad water PH but i recovered from that. Now during the past 7 days i have started to see degradation in some of the leaves, the pics show my strongest plant, the other is in much worse condition and has been for some weeks, i think the damage i did when it was young has been the main problem with that plant. Anyway i had read that with the leaves dying and curling upwards that i have an Mg deficiency which could have occurred during my water problems so i folia fed with ph 5.5 (reverse osmosis ozonated) water and epsom salts added. I was told to do this until problem subsided then to water with epsom salt solution which i have done, this didnt seem to help the bad plant, my good plant, the one in the pics never exhibited signs of deficiency until last week and its getting worse. i have just put them into flowering cycle last week and i have fed with flora gro system, 1ml of florgro, 1ml of flora micro & 1ml of flora bloom to 1 liter of ph 5.5 reverse osmosis ozonated water, according to the charts i was given with this nutrient i am giving them an light dose to enable the transition to flowering, since then it just looks worse daily. I have not over fed as this is the first feed in weeks as i have the plants in miracle grow soil and the good one seemed to be doing so well in this medium. I am at a loss as to what i should be doing.
The humidity is around 40%, temps around 80 deg f, i have a fan extracting air and i just allow fresh air to be drawn in by the vacuum action of the extractor. i fear if i dont do something soon that i may either lose them both or simply have a disasterous yeild. PLEASE HELP
