Newbie DWC'er +REP for help.

Hey i am just finishing my 1st grow (in soil). For my next grow i want to do a DWC screen of green.

(250 watt HPS,
working with clones,
only 3.5 ft tall!! including the reservoir,
1.5 ft by 1.5 ft sqaure.)



Would a 2 plant DWC yield more than 4 plants soil??

i'm new at this DWC stuff so any help ill be appreciated. anything at all!! maybe talking me through your DWC??

your yields with DWC?
which TDS meter?
how many litres should my reservoir hold per plant??
nutes?
time in veg?
when & how to lower water levels when flowering??
how often do i change the water??

etc etc

But for now ill try to explain abit more, its 1.5 ft by 1.5 by 3ft.
mylar all over the walls.
extractor & intake fan coming from the attic at different points.
minimum space light can take up is 9 inchs at the top of the space.

errmm what else do you need to know??

So you have a 36in ceiling minus 9in for the light so we'll say 27inchs. Now your container is going to be at least 8 in so now our grow area is 21 inchs. So it looks like you will need to flower at 6 inchs to be safe. I use a hanna multi meter (love it). I think you will need minimum of 1 gallon of water per plant optimum 2-5 gallons per plant. Change water/nutes every 7-14 days depending....

On a personal note I like DWC more the soil. It is just easier for me to control the environment quickly. Also growth has been much more rapid in DWC then soil (my experience).

Im going with a ScrOG cause i know space is lacking.

alright its all about how ur style of growing is.if u veg ur plants to b 24-30 in u will have plenty of yield.get bout a oz or oz n a half per plant.bout 2 months 3 2 and a half month in veg or till 26 inchs

I would scrog 1 plant DWC. It's going to grow very fast (if you do it right !!!EZ!!!).

one plant . im hoping for at least 3 ounce (0.35 gram per watt). and then to increase by an ounce each time (0.45 g/w, 0.55 g/w) untill i cant anymore, constantly improving my setup.

can 1 plant dwc handle this??, would having 2 or 4 clones in mother chamber and then into the flower chamber when the last lot is finished be better??

or am i underestimating how fast they ill grow lol

yeah i put mine through alot had roots xposed for over 2 hurs to no water.jus sprayed them alot ;lol
