Newbie First grow Seeding question HELP!

At the moment I have 3 led lights. 2 Sunraise 1000watt led light ( true watts 165watts each )

1 Mars Hydro Eco 600watts ( true watts 205 ) I think

I got the veg switch turned on and bloom switch off for my Sunraise LED lights

Total around 370 true watts of LED lights. The distance around 20 inches from the plant. Temperature is around 31c and humidity is around 70 under the dome. The tent temperature is around 28c and 34 humidity.

My question is does everything look right. Anything I should know and change? Is the lights to powerfully?

Have they poped from the soil yet? I have no expierence with those brands but that is a lot of lighting and awfully close

It hasn't poped from soil yet it's been 5 hours since I planted them. How high should I put my lights up, distance from the pot.

To much light? Should I only use 2 led lights of mine ?

Start here. And remove the humidity domes, that's more for clones.
