Newbie first time grow

hi guys

this is my first time growing and plant was going fine but have run into some issues over past few days

this is sweet speed fem seeds they are 2 weeks into grow

i did add thrive tomato feed at 1/4 recommended dose for about 1 week
now i have flushed with rain water for last 2 days and still no change

i grow mainly outdoors and bring into the house into small grow box with 20w bulb seeing as its a auto flower

what do you think my problem is , nutrient burn ?

What is in your soil?

fed too early, overwatered / watered too frequently

Too much water and too much nutes. Let it dry out a bit and stop loving it so much, she doesn't need any nutes at all the first few weeks. Most common mistake of first time growers is too much messing with the plant, just look at it don't touch it don't feed it don't breath on it lol. When the cup feels really light give it a little I mean little water and then leave it alone, repeat until the plant recovers from all your loving. If you want to feed put a very small amount of seaweed in a spray bottle and lightly spray.

Thanks guys, I do water daily so overwatering sounds like is my problem along with nutes ,
its all just soil from the garden and added egg shells to keep away the slugs
wont water for a few days and see what happens

Generally with a seedling like that I would water once a week

seeing as its a auto flower
