Newbie flowering light?

1st time ever to be in floewering stage so... bare with me please, but is two C.F.L. lights enough light to flower my plant? they are only 120volts each.
 
Cfls will work fine, but you have to make sure you have enough of them. The light will not penetrate very far and placement is key. Also make sure to get the 2700k for flowering stage. I do agree that the buds won't be as heavy as they could be, although the flavor and ability to get high is still fine.
 
THANKS GUYS!!! I'm ont the way to saving up for the ballast and light this is my first ever grow. I have noticed it flowering but not too happy with the ammount I see. I know it's due to light I just... I just wanted some gretaly appreciated suggettsions. Thanks again.
