So I have a friend that recommended me to this forum, and that I could get some great advise form this site. So I will tell you what i'm currently running and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I started off with 10 feminized seeds from Green House Seeds 5 Exodus Cheese and 5 Afgooey from the 10 9 germinated - I am looking for top performers. I have kept 4 girls 2 Cheese and 2 Afgooey.

the grow medium is subcool420's recipe of my own compost, I have pasteurized the soil prior to having the girls in them, and I am using mycorrhizal fungi. aside from that its just tap water left out for chlorine to dissipate and go ham.

I am using a grow tent with and inline fan bringing in fresh air, I also have a small AC unit that Im bringing in some cool air, and I have two oscillating fans in the tent, I have a 6" fan attached to carbon filter to scrub the air and that is going to the Light hood cooling off the MH 1000w Blue Hortilux bulb I'm using till I put them on a 12/12 light period currently they are on 6/18.

I Keep the ph in the water at 6.0 and the water temp at 70. And the ambient tempt in the tent lights off at 75-80 and lights on 85-as high as 97 RH is at 40%, im not currently running Co2 but will be shortly.

Any suggestions, would be appreciated.
All the best

97 is pretty hot for a max temp. I would try to keep it from getting that hot again if possible Some strains will handle it, some won't.
Other than that, the plants look healthy and it seems like you did your homework before you started which already puts you in a better position than most first timers. Good luck and happy growing!

Thats a good point, its had me concerned since I see everyone's temps in the high 70's but not passed that. I will be trying to cool the room the tent is in by placing another inline fan to exhaust the hot air from the main room today. NanoG what is the optimum temp? TY

75 to 85 is a good rule of thumb.
Thanks for the advice - I had some time to mess w the fans and the exhaust and followed an others friends suggestion to vent the exhaust out the roof and success - I'm able to regulate the temps in the grow tent now from 73-91 as i wish - I'm reacting to how the plants look and it seems they like it around 87-88 at least these do. thanks again to all for looking and to all for the help. here's some updates

I used to name my plants, but I stopped doing that because I started to feel empathy towards them at harvest time. Lol
I hear ya man, I'm wondering whens a good time to transition them into flowering phase... and I am getting very attached to them, I'm pretty sure my wife is getting a little jealous when I get up in the middle of the night to check on them lol, I do believe the harvest time will be bitter sweet.

Keep in mind that when you switch them into 12/12, they'll almost double in height during their "stretch" phase. This varies from strain to strain. Just be aware of how much vertical space you have.

Thank you Johnny - I will keep that in mind, I was thinking of letting them keep growing for about another 3 weeks - take a few clones from each and do the switch to 12/12 - I think the tent might not be big enough to keep enough space between the light and the top of the canopy towards the end of the flowering so i might have to make some changes as i get closer to that time. Thank you for your time and suggestions!
