Newbie grower seeks some advice

I just germed five seeds and placed them in cups to sprout. Should I place these under the lights now or wait until they are a certain height before moving them under the lights? thanks

LIGHTS NOW itll pull em out of the ground, cant burn a plant that isnt above ground with light... very hard to at least
