What nutrients do you have and did you use any soil or is it just the topsoil from your garden. If you have nosy neighbors I may be worried too. I would probably transplant it and either take it inside or somewhere away from your house. If you are gonna keep it there don't let anyone see you tending to it and If the cops show up just act stupid. Depending on where you live they may be lenient if you just act oblivious and offer to rip it out. Be careful and good luck.
I HAVE ALMOST A 22 INCH BABY, DON'T KNOW IF IT IS BOY OR GIRL YET.. FIRST TIME LETTING ONE GROW USUALLY GET SCARED AND PULL THEM UP, HAD TO TOPP IT OUT THE NEIGHBOR BEING NOSEY IN MY GARDEN, ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO NOW THAT I TOPPED IT OUT? PLEASE HELP EDUCATE ME.

let it heal from topping for a week or two, then its time to start flowering. its in your garden you said? like out side? id actually move it inside right now to keep it safe from predators when it stinks. set up a box or closet to protect it in so you can control how many hours of light/dark it gets. your plant will not sex untill flowering flowering at 12/12. if you want to keep it out doors in your garden then you need to wait untill there is naturally 12 hours of darkness evry night OR one very creative thing i read about on RIU said to put a few trashbags with many small air holes over the plant during the 12 hours of the day the plant gets the least sun
I used a soil mix that a buddy of mine told me about, i fertilize it on sunday and it was like it grew 5 inches over night, i have it behind my tomato plants in the day they are around 4 foot tall so it is hard to see them. I might just be paranoid but i want to be safe. I am going to start bringing it in and do 12/12 like my friend told me, i'll keep you posted.
