Newbie in need of help (part deux)

I tried to grow before (see "Newbie in need of help") but I didn't get any help. Here are pics of my first grow box setup. It's kind of cheap but let me know what you think. I have 240 actual watts of cfl. two 120mm fans keeping the temp between 72-78 with 35-45% humidity, another fan inside circulating the air, a passive intake that you can feel the vacuum off of. My soil is jungle grow moisture control with a 22-12-12 ratio. Box is lined with mylar. I think thats about it. Oh yeah I germed in distilled water and plan on watering with it as well. Any suggestions?? Do i need to get a ph meter? and how do I adjust it (what to buy and where)

that looks pretty cool. real resourceful like use of the cardboard box. i'm sort of new to the whole thing myself, where would i find light fixtures like yours?

Home depot or Lowes clamp lights with splitters from the isle with extension cords etc. About 8-10 bucks a piece.

Nice dude, that looks like it will work just fine if u keep the lights close enough to the plants.. About an inch or two. Gotta love those y splitters!!!
