Newbie - LST (Am I doing this correctly?)

I'm trying out the Low Stress Training for the first time and I wanted know know if I was doing the technique right.

Looks ok but you might want to add some support in the opposite direction so you don't uproot the plant. Here's a handy guide that I use (found somewhere on the internet, I forget where)

Thanks for the responses. I have another plant wjich i started earlier than this one ang I'm having a hard time determining the sex. Can anyone help??

The focus on your camera lens makes it hard to tell. However everything seems to be female.
