Newbie needs help 1st indoor grow

Well I have been lurking for quite some time reading up and I was just wandering what light schedule best stimulates growth in the veg stage 18/6 or 24/0 I have been running 24/0 and they are coming along nicely I am running 6 26 watt cfls with 6500k each for right now getting more next week though. Thanks for any help and happy growing!

ive allways done 24/0 i figure more light more growth but if elctricity is an issue 18/6 is good, no set answer to this 1 wats best 4 u

probably about the same. I did 18/6 for awhile because I figured 6 hours to rest would be good, then I went to 24 hrs because of impatience. its hard to say.

Appreciate the replies guys I think I will stick to 24 it's done me good this far.

18/6 would be better plant need to sleep also
