newbie needs help

Hey yall i am on my second round of seeds the first round had a problem with a mold/fungus thing in the soil. still not sure what it was from. I am on my second crop i have one kb seed of unknown oragin and six other sprouts of some good reggies that i had recently. I am growing using a 2 bulb 32w T8 fixture for now i also have a 250w mh fixture but am not using it yet cause i have no way to keep it cool enough in the space and for energy costs. I want to get a T5 4 bulb fixture to grow off of and use 100% florecent if possible. I guess my question is what are ur guys suggestions on how to make all this work woth while. And if using florecents is the way to go or not.
