Newbie please help

Ok lets say i pick a seed that has floweing time of of 8-10 weeks.
and i were to use fox farm schedule. (link below) what i dont understand is in this schedule


when it says flowering 8-10 weeks from the seed bank, does that mean start to finish?
how long are they vegging for? i thought they vegged for a couple months then have 8-10 weeks of floweing. how does the vegging/floweing coinside with this schedule
when i look at this schedule it seems they they are only vegging for about a month.

please help i dont want to mess up, im going to be growing white widow,chrystal,and northern lights together in a ebb and flow with hydroton

That's correct. Normally, with most strains, you veg for about a month. Depends also if you start from seed or clone. If seed you add another month to that. Seedling stage takes about a month and then another month to veg, then flower for 8 - 10/11 weeks. The plant will let you know when it's ripe for harvest. (trichs will be cloudy to amber in color and pistils will be orange/red/brown and curl in on themselves) I hope this helps you.
