Newbie question on seedling and light

what ups? Well i'm new to this hobby and after weeks of reading and research I got my first seedling to germ and sprout. its about 4 days old now since it sprouted and I was wondering about lighting. I got her "hopefully" to sprout in jiffy-mix and in a jiffy pot. I have it in the Jiffy greenhouse and its currently getting indirect sunlight for the time being. Should i keep it there or should i put her under my 24W JBJ nano cube aquarium light wich is a 50/50 (full 10000k/Actinitc blue floro) and if so how close should it be? When do you recomend to remove the top from the Greenhouse. Thanks all.:joint:

put it under the floro asap! It will stretch and fall over if you keep it where its at. You can put the light close as a half inch from the top with fans. As a rule I don't go over 2 inches from the plant, seems to keep the nodes tighter together this way. Dont try this with any other light tho, it will fry'em.

Thanks for the info M8, ill definetly do this today. but what about the light spectrum? is a 10,000k floro and an actnitic blue ok for the seedlings?
