Newbie Questions and pc grow

Hi people I have finally decided to join after watching american weed on foxtel in Australia and Seeing the pc grow boxes, and reading some of the info an designs on this website are amazing you guys fuckin rock , currently im at univeristy or college in american language , so a stealth grow is in order which is why I have contructed myself a pc grow box , it contains a 48wat cfl and a 28wat cfl daylight spectrum so 5000k - 6400k , I have installed two 120mm pc fans from a gaming computer one intake one exhaust which i wired to a phone charge ,and the whole case is lined with mylar , The light mechanisms I have constructed myself from buying two hand held car lamps for mechanics which I have taken apart , and mounted to a piece of shelf I constructed from timber and bolted inside the case close to the roof and directly infront of the exhaust fan ( keeping temperatures down hopefully ) . these i thought were great because they have an isolating switch if i only want one globe on instead of two, and I have light proof the case the best I can , (ideas for the back of the case where lighting escapes will also be useful ) I have 14 or so inches of grow space in height to the lights so LST and a small plant strain will be needed. Main question is which seed banks ship to australia AND do dwarf strains of plants. A few sites I have looked at all the dwarf strains are sold out or they dont ship to australia. any help would be awesome. Sorry for the abundance of description and questions. Cheers people.

Also one other questions what are some dwarf strains is there only shortstuff and lowryder ? cheers people

think about how you are going to water these plants , people use drip or DWC type irrigation so they arent watering every day but you could water by hand, if you make sure to collect runoff in a plastic bowl or something then dry it out each day. There are lots of 50, 60, 120 watt (philips) and 150 watt incandescent grow lights that are cheap, try to find one if the cfls aren't working after a few weeks.
good luck aquiring your plant materials. most any strain or variety should work just don't go for 100% sativa , most available are indica bushes nowdays but you have to give them good or ideal conditions for that kind of growth.

I can get into the case easy enough , and my room mate is cool with it. I was just going to use a spray bottle and have a tray under the pot where excess runoff goes and empty that when needed. I have seen a fair few pc grows done on Cfl lighting a few have been on here. My main concern is getting seeds into australia and SMALL plant strain. Cheers for the advice.
