Newbie Seed Question

Is it dangerous to buy seeds online ? i want to buy:

And grow just 1 in soil in my closet under 2 50 watt cfls... any advice would be cool i've done a decent amount of reading on the site and this will be my first grow.

I got mine from Nirvana. They came fast with no problem and the package just looks like a letter sent from a friend. It's totally stealth. I'll be ordering from them again for sure. So yeah, I think it's safe! Just be careful to always check a place out before you order, I guess.
