Newbie Soil question

We live out in the middle of nowhere and the only place to buy soil from within 2 hours that is nute free and not of a Miracle Grow varitey lol. I would like to use Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil but I'm not going to make a special trip for just that. So we purchased some Schultz Moisture Control potting soil. Its fert amounts are .12, .09, .07. Is this safe to use as a soil for our baby girls? Should I mix in dolomite lime or perlite and if so what amounts? We purchased 2 CuFt for six 10in pots. And suggestions and help would be apperciated very much.

400W metal halide (cool tube)
3' long 5'tall 2'deep grow tent
270 cfm Can fan with filter for exhaust (passive air intake, tent looks like its trying to eat itself)
Will use Fox farms nutes when needed
and will switch to 400w HPS for flowering.

Currently we have 3 Lowryders and 3 AutoWidows almost ready to transplant.

Thanks

Sorry I am not much help with your soil problem, but if your tent looks like it wants to eat itself maybe you should add a small intake fan like a duct booster. I am just saying it might help, I laughed when I read that it looks like it is gonna it itself.

I would add more perlite and vermiculite maybe 20% to your dirt. I would also add some organic nutes like bone meal or something. Some lime wont hurt at all either. I really don't like soil with moisture control as it seems like it doesn't dry out fast enough.
