Newbie with Scrog question

New to growing and want to utilize my space by growing with Scrog. I've been reading that I will need to train my plants with my Scrog net before blooming. The only concern I have is, I will be transplanting 10 plants from one 4x4 tent to my bloom tent which is 5x10. I want this entire space full but do not know if I can grow these plants to a mature size in a 4x4. Everything I read suggests that the plants will double or triple in bloom. What do you guys recommend. I'm growing one strain and 10 plants and will have 10 plants in veg and 10 in bloom at any given time.

So basically:
Can I start the Scrog process when I put everything in my bigger tent?

if your room is 5/10 I veg them to 8 inches tall and have them all topped

total height about 18 inches tall

Whenever I've scroged I've never really bothered with the net until they go into the flower tent. Just top them and LST them whilst in veg, then when you put them into flower pop the net over and cut away the LST (if need be)
Then get busy weaving throughout the two week stretch....
